The Division of Senior Expert Chemists (SEC) has been a Division of the German Chemical Society since 2010. An updated Bylaws came into force in June 2024. The Membership Meeting of the SEC takes place at least every two years, usually in conjunction with an annual meeting.
The Executive Board of the SEC consists of five members and is supplemented by co-opted members. Ten working groups currently deal with various topics.The minutes of the meetings of the Board and working groups are available to members of the SEC in the protected area of "MyGDCh".
