The Division of Senior Expert Chemists conducts its affairs in accordance with rules of procedure, the present version of which was adopted by a provisional resolution of the General Assembly on 6 May 2024 and confirmed by the GDCh Division of Senior Expert Chemists on 16 May 2024. The bylaws entered into force with the amended GDCh statutes on 18 June 2024.
