Online lecture series "Thinking outside the box"
The LChG s online lecture series "Blicke über den Tellerrand" was launched during the corona pandemic in 2021 and takes place annually. The series covers a variety of topics that can go beyond pure food chemistry and deal with current developments as well as interdisciplinary aspects. The lectures are given by experts from various fields and are partly made accessible via YouTube. Topics include, for example, the Tobacco Products Act, the assessment of consumer goods in law and the monitoring of cosmetics. The lecture series provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience and helps to deepen the various facets of food chemistry and its related disciplines.
