Food Chemistry Days
The Food Chemistry Days are one of the LChG's most important and successful supra-regional events, concentrating on selected key topics, at which not only the working groups present their activities, but also experts from all areas of food chemistry contribute to the programme with presentations and posters. Every year, prizes are awarded for the best posters. This includes, a company exhibition, a job fair organised by the Working Group Young Food Chemistry (WG JLC) and other workshops organised by the WG JLC.
