The prize includes an award certificate and prize money of € 1,000. The winners will give a presentation on the results of their work at the GDCh Lecture Conference for Inorganic Chemistry of the Solid State Chemistry & Materials Research and Wöhler Association for Inorganic Chemistry 2026 (07-09/09/Jena).

The application must include the following documents:

- a letter of application from the applicant
- a copy of the doctoral certificate
- the completed application form
- up to three key publications related to the doctorate, with the decisive participation of the applicant
