As a non-profit organisation, the Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh) supports young scientists in attending meetings and conferences. To this end, the GDCh and many of its specialised structures offer conference scholarships. The prerequisite for the granting of such funding is active participation in the event with a lecture or poster.
No more than one application may be submitted per person and event.The GDCh awards conference scholarships to students during their bachelor's and master's theses, doctoral candidates and trainee teachers. Applications can be submitted until the end of the registration period for lectures and posters of the respective event:
