The Court of Honour is appointed annually by the General Assembly in accordance with Section 16 of the GDCh Articles of Association. It decides on the basis of the GDCh Articles of Association and the Code of Honour in exclusion matters in accordance with Section 8 (3) and (4) of the Articles of Association.
